How long will I have to wait for my products?
Most items can be printed or embroidered within 10 to 15 working days. This period starts from when your artwork has been checked and approved with the supplier. You will always be asked to sign off artwork prior to production.

What about artwork, where do I get that from?
Usually, you would have had some printing work done in the past, such as for business cards or letterhead. Your Printer would have, like us, insisted on original line artwork to guarantee perfect reproduction.

Ok, so what is original artwork?
In almost all cases, you will have to supply original vector or line artwork, exactly as designed. Artwork that has been scanned or copied changes to a bitmap or dots. This is unacceptable, as your print will be blurred.

What if I don't have any artwork?
Well then dear Henry, we'll fix it. We have our own artwork studio, which is used to clean up or redraw poor quality artwork, so we can always put down some ideas for you to see and add your own input to.

How will I know if I have original artwork?
It's easy to check on your own screen. Just zoom in on your design or logo and if the image stays sharp and clean, then you will have vector artwork. However, if the image blurs or changes to fuzzy dots, then you are viewing a bitmap, and you wouldn't want it printed out like that. The easiest way is to let us have a look and we'll tell you straight away and advise what to do next.

Surely, all I have to do is get several quotes and pick the cheapest?
Certainly, if you are absolutely sure the product is exactly identical to others, then you have part of the equation solved as it were. However, there are many imitations on offer that look the same, especially in clothing and electronic items. Secondly, there are huge differences in logo reproduction quality. Remember that your logo is your image that tells your potential customers what you are. A poor quality print or embroidery ruins any professional image that you are trying to portray. If it can't be done properly then just don't do it.
