Artwork Help

So you've decided on your promotional items, and now we need to look at the best way of reproducing your logo/message on the product. We will advise on the best methods for printing, embroidery or engraving, as we keep up to date on all the new developments and technologies.

In order to reproduce your logo to the highest standard on a promotional item, the artwork must be in its original format (known as vector or line), and not bitmap (dots as in a scan or copy). The artwork must also be saved on disc or emailed in a particular format depending on supplier requests. Vector images are best sent saved as an .eps file with text converted to curves, which allows us to resize your artwork to its optimum quality and sizing.

Where artwork involves more than one colour, you will need to provide colour separations together with details of colour pantone references and font names.

If all this sounds a little complicated, don't worry, as we can speak to the people most likely to have this information i.e. your printer or graphic designer.

Generally, artwork is accepted in both PC and MAC formats.

Don't worry if you find it impossible to find original artwork, as part of our service we can always redraw your logo. There is a nominal charge for this service depending on the complexity of the design.

So no excuses, we really can do it all for you!
